The Apartments by Prestige COVID-19 Update

Amidst the global COVID-19 outbreak we at The Apartment by Prestige, like all other companies, are facing uncertainty around business operations.  During this unprecedented time, we continue to follow the government’s guidelines and monitor NHS and local authorities’ advice. We are dedicated to upholding and providing the highest levels of cleanliness & hygiene for our guests & employees. We’ve added additional measures to minimise the risk of spread and provide a safe environment for our guests and employees by providing additional sanitising products in our apartments and ensuring employees can work from home and avoid unnecessary travel.

In light of the developing situation we would like to inform you that we are currently taking bookings in our apartments with particular emphasis on keyworkers and people with short term accommodation requirements specific to the Covid-19 situation.  Unfortunately due to government restrictions on all non-essential work and travel any ongoing or new booking will receive a reduced housekeeping service where we will provide a contact-free delivery of our care package including fresh linen and towels, toilet paper and household cleaning products.   Currently we are only able to offer emergency cover for maintenance issues which can be accessed via the 24-hour emergency number provided to all guests.
