Our stunning Standard studio serviced apartment is situated in Marylebone Village, a highly sought after residential area in Central London, surrounded by the eclectic shopping areas of Marylebone High Street, Oxford Street and Bond Street. This studio apartment is also located a short walk away from  Baker Street and Marylebone underground stations. The world renowned medical district of Harley Street and the famous Regent’s Park are also easily accessible.

This studio apartment has a fully equipped fitted kitchen, stylish modern shower room and a weekly maid/linen service included in the price.

Our Standard studio serviced apartment in Marylebone is stylish and cosy. With 250×390 square feet of apartment (equivalent to 23×36 square metres), this space is ideal for those looking for a great value apartment for their stay in London.

As mentioned above, Baker Street underground station is essentially on the doorstep of our studio apartment. After a 3-minute walk, you can also find yourself fin Marylebone Village. The world-famous Oxford Street and Harley Street are also within a 5-minute walk meaning that all you could ever need is within a comfortable distance.

Our Marylebone living space comes with a number of complimentary facilities. Wi-Fi is available along with an iPod dock & alarm clock radio system, a flat screen TV and loads more!

The Apartments by Prestige COVID-19 Update

Amidst the global COVID-19 outbreak we at The Apartment by Prestige, like all other companies, are facing uncertainty around business operations.  During this unprecedented time, we continue to follow the government’s guidelines and monitor NHS and local authorities’ advice. We are dedicated to upholding and providing the highest levels of cleanliness & hygiene for our guests & employees. We’ve added additional measures to minimise the risk of spread and provide a safe environment for our guests and employees by providing additional sanitising products in our apartments and ensuring employees can work from home and avoid unnecessary travel.

In light of the developing situation we would like to inform you that we are currently taking bookings in our apartments with particular emphasis on keyworkers and people with short term accommodation requirements specific to the Covid-19 situation.  Unfortunately due to government restrictions on all non-essential work and travel any ongoing or new booking will receive a reduced housekeeping service where we will provide a contact-free delivery of our care package including fresh linen and towels, toilet paper and household cleaning products.   Currently we are only able to offer emergency cover for maintenance issues which can be accessed via the 24-hour emergency number provided to all guests.
