This beautiful 1-bedroom serviced apartment is located in Marylebone Village, surrounded by the famous shopping areas of Oxford and Bond street as well as Marylebone High Street. Within a close proximity is also the world renowned medical district of Harley Street as well as Regent’s Park.

Marylebone is a highly sought-after residential area as it is based in the heart of London’s West End. Baker Street and Marylebone also offer a quick and easy route into the London Underground.

Our 1-bedroom apartment has a fully fitted kitchen, stylish modern shower room and a weekly maid/linen service included in the price.

This standard 1-bedroom measures out 370×393 square feet or 34×36 square metres if you work in Metric measurements. Which means this beautiful serviced apartment makes for a comfortable living space during your stay.

Being located just off of Regent’s Park means that there are excellent links to the rest of Central London. Baker Street underground station is a simple 3-minute walk away. Likewise, Marylebone Village is also a 3-minute walk away. The shopper’s paradise Oxford Street is 5-minutes away when walking.

This location couldn’t be any more convenient if it tried!

The Apartments by Prestige COVID-19 Update

Amidst the global COVID-19 outbreak we at The Apartment by Prestige, like all other companies, are facing uncertainty around business operations.  During this unprecedented time, we continue to follow the government’s guidelines and monitor NHS and local authorities’ advice. We are dedicated to upholding and providing the highest levels of cleanliness & hygiene for our guests & employees. We’ve added additional measures to minimise the risk of spread and provide a safe environment for our guests and employees by providing additional sanitising products in our apartments and ensuring employees can work from home and avoid unnecessary travel.

In light of the developing situation we would like to inform you that we are currently taking bookings in our apartments with particular emphasis on keyworkers and people with short term accommodation requirements specific to the Covid-19 situation.  Unfortunately due to government restrictions on all non-essential work and travel any ongoing or new booking will receive a reduced housekeeping service where we will provide a contact-free delivery of our care package including fresh linen and towels, toilet paper and household cleaning products.   Currently we are only able to offer emergency cover for maintenance issues which can be accessed via the 24-hour emergency number provided to all guests.
