The above rates are subject to VAT of 17.5% for 28 days, and thereafter 3.5%. Rates quoted are fully inclusive of daily maid and weekly linen, all utility & basic satellite charges. Please refer to our standard terms and conditions for further details.
Where a sofa bed or camp bed is required there is a linen charge of £20.00 plus vat per linen change (please advise when making reservation as supply is limited). A basic satellite package is included in the rental, should you wish to upgrade this service a minimum of a month's upgrade will be charged together with a £5.00 upgrade fee, please see your apartments folder for information. Phone charges are billed monthly in arrears at the standard British Telecom rates, NO surcharges are applied. Airport transfers are available from all major airports. Please contact the office for details.
Confirmation of Reservation A reservation cannot be confirmed until a signed booking form or tenancy agreement has been returned. Credit card details (Visa or Mastercard only) are required for all apartments, to confirm a reservation and as a deposit against telephone, laundry and other miscellaneous charges incurred during your stay. For each apartment a weeks security deposit is also required. Cancellation For 49 Hans Place cancellation within 21 days is subject to week's cancellation charge at the prevailing rate plus VAT. Prior to 21 days no charge. Payment Payment is taken from a credit card up to two weeks prior to arrival, alternatively payment can be taken in cash or travellers cheques on arrival for the total cost of the stay or one month in advance, whichever is less. Payment must be made in pounds sterling and payment by credit cards (Visa or Mastercard only) are subject to a 3% surcharge plus vat Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
