All the above are One Bedroom Apartments and sleep 2-4 persons with the exception of the Lower Ground which is a two bedroom apartment and sleeps 3-5 persons. Rates are inclusive  of weekly maid and linen service and all utilities as advised by our standard terms and conditions.

Confirmation of Reservation

Credit card details are required to confirm a reservation and a deposit against telephone charges during your stay.

Cancellation

For 41 Draycott Place cancellations within 14 days is subject to a three day cancellation charge at the prevailing rate plus VAT. Prior to 14 days no charge. For Sloane Avenue, 36 and 49 Draycott Place, cancellation within 21 days is subject to a weeks cancellation charge.

Payment

On arrival total cost of stay or one month in advance, whichever is less. Payment must be made in Sterling and payment by credit cards attract a 3% surcharge plus VAT.
